In response, we are truly sorry that your buying experience was less than your expectations. Early on, I discussed in detail with you the possibility of using a local lender. Your out of area lender, USAA, changed loan contacts 3 times without notifying anyone, then asked to remove a purchaser from the contract, plus requiring additional paperwork 2 days prior to the initial closing date. We were delayed when the underwriter stated they did not want to accept electronic signatures, requiring paperwork to be resigned. At that time the seller was out of town and the listing agents significant other had passed away. My hands are tied when it comes to getting an underwriter to approve a loan to close on time. USAA is slow, this was discussed in the very beginning of the process. It is a miracle that your purchase was closed within the first extension period. I am truly sorry that the transaction was difficult regardless of the reasons. Best Wishes for the New Year.
